Eligibility for Return & Refund

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery in case of size issues, defects, or wrong items received.

  • Clothing items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact to qualify for return or exchange.

  • Items purchased during clearance sales or special discounts may not be eligible unless defective.



How to Request a Return or Refund

3. Return/Exchange Process:

4. Refund Method:
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method or as PinMart store credit, as per your preference.
Processing time: 5–7 business days after product inspection.




Exceptions

  • Items that are used, washed, or missing tags/packaging are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Innerwear, lingerie, and accessories may not be eligible due to hygiene reasons unless defective.

  • Customized or altered products cannot be returned unless received in a defective condition.
