Cancellation Policy

At PinMart, we understand that sometimes plans change. That’s why we offer a simple and flexible cancellation process for your clothing orders, subject to the conditions below.



Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

  • You may cancel your order anytime before it is packed and dispatched by visiting the My Orders section or contacting our customer support team.

  • For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2–5 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no charges will apply for cancellations before dispatch.



Order Cancellation After Dispatch

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may initiate a return request after receiving the item, as per our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Refusing delivery of a dispatched order may result in deduction of shipping charges before refund (if prepaid).



Exceptions

  • Customized or altered clothing items are not eligible for cancellation once the order is confirmed.

  • Bulk or clearance sale orders may have different cancellation rules, which will be mentioned on the product page.



How to Cancel an Order

1. Online: Go to the My Orders section of your PinMart account and select “Cancel Order.”
2. Customer Support: Contact us via email or phone with your order ID for quick assistance.
