Clothing items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact to qualify for return or exchange.

Items purchased during clearance sales or special discounts may not be eligible unless defective.
How to Request a Return or Refund

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method or as PinMart store credit, as per your preference.
Processing time: 5β7 business days after product inspection.
Exceptions

Items that are used, washed, or missing tags/packaging are not eligible for return or refund.

Innerwear, lingerie, and accessories may not be eligible due to hygiene reasons unless defective.
